William Eigen
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Eigen, the founder of VOVISTA, Inc. has 24 years of sales, managerial, and ownership experience in the IT and telecommunications industry.

Mr. Eigen was a senior founding partner of Accu-Tech Wire & Cable, Inc., a wire, cable, and telecommunications distributorship in Atlanta, Georgia and also senior founding partner of Advanced Cyber Communication Electronics, Inc., a computer components distributor and systems manufacturer in Atlanta , Georgia .

He entered the armed services shortly after graduation from high school, and served 4 years as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Air Force. Mr. Eigen completed his service with the 2203 AACSRON, MATS, Turner A.F.B. [Albany, GA] then commanded by General Curtis Le May. Mr. Eigen was honorably discharged in 1960.

After his service with the United States Air Force, he then entered Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in liberal arts and education. He has taught and successfully coached state championship soccer at the high school level in the Atlanta area.

Angelene Pell-Jernegan
Chief Operating Officer

Angelene, the Chief Operating Officer of VOVISTA, Inc. has 15 years of managerial experience in the IT industry.

She has worked for Tech Hackers, Inc. as Director of Operations, and UNISYS, and Vichara, Inc. in varying managerial capacities. She has a BA from Bryn Mawr College and taught before going into the IT field as it began to open up.

She has training as a para-legal and most recently was an Account Analyst with the Todd Organization for Non-Qualified Pension Plans.
